To foster a sense of real community, Citizens can form their own Neighbourhoods which connects their real-estate together, and their properties all move towards, or away from the centre of Kingsilver city together based on their collective financial success.
Within each neighbourhood real-estate will dynamically change, with the most successful citizens moving to the centre of the neighbourhood, and their property growing more impressive.
Neighbourhoods will have DAOs through which all occupants will be able to vote on Neighbourhood decisions, for example a Neighbourhood may decide to collectively fund the purchase and creation of a collectively owned piece of land, like a park, lake, hill, mountain, forest, stream, etc, which will be designed and sold by . Neighbourhoods could also decide on the architectural theme to which all members must adhere, giving each Neighbourhood a distinct personality. Some neighbourhoods could be Roman, others Japanese, others Victorian, others modern or even futuristic.
Neighbourhood members would be motivated to make their Neighbourhoods as attractive as possible for new residents, as the more residents they can attract, the more resources they could spend on their Neighbourhood, and the more wealth their Neighbourhood will have, which will move them closer to the centre of the City.
Because Neighbourhoods will be occupied by potentially hundreds (or thousands?) of Citizens, it means Kingsilver City will very likely not result in the centre of the City being solely occupied by skyscrapers owned by big Funds, but will be a mixture of large Fund buildings and residential Neighbourhoods.
